Red Letter Day For " Murphys Drift "

A fantastic day's fishing for Alan Jackson from Carluke, Robbie Thomson from Forth and Jackie Watt also from Forth out in Alan's boat " Murphy's Drift " on the 18th May 2014.They returned with three limit bags of six fish all brownies and fifteen were also returned to the water.The most productive area was along the North Shore towards Dalkenneth Lodge where their Intermediate and Di 3 lines were soon taking the trio into fish.Taking flies were Kate Mclaren, Hummungus, Ke-He and Damsel Nymph.
