Slow Start For Snodgrass Brothers

A slow start to the fishing on the 15th September 2012 for Bobby Snodgrass from Wishaw and his brother David from Bellshill. Fishing maggot on the bottom from a Drummond Estate boat in Ardveich Bay the morning proved to be quiet apart from a very strong North Westerly wind.Mid afternoon and with the winds easing on the fish came. All brown trout, these are the best four with the heaviest at 1¾lbs. They also returned another six keepers and a further dozen wild browns from ½lb upwards.A good end to the day!!
